Wedgewood Swim Club

 

Parties at the Wedgewood Swim Club are great!  Party forms are available at the pool.  Please fill out and return the form to a guard at the pool two weeks prior to your party date.  All parties must be approved by pool management. If you have any questions please call the pool during normal business hours at 328-9736.  You can also call Keeley, our pool manager, at 420-6257.

 

Party Rules:

· You must purchase guest passes for all non-member guests. Guest passes are $5 each.

· If you have a lot of guests or if your party is after pool hours you will require extra life guards.  Life guards are $20 per hour.  You must have at least two guards during after hours.  Any party after 8 p.m. requires two guards per hour.  Parties can last until 11 p.m.  However loud music needs to stop at 10 p.m. due to nearby houses.

· You may not reserve umbrellas, canopy’s, tables, or chairs until it is one hour before your party is to begin.  The guards are not permitted to “save” them for you either. We recommend that you bring extra tables and chairs to accommodate your guests.

· Only checks or money orders made out to Wedgewood Swim Club will be accepted for payment.  We do not accept cash or cards.

· Music may be played.  No music with explicit language allowed.

       Staff reserves to right to monitor the volume and content.

· Parties for non-members are subject to additional rules and fees.  Please contact the pool for additional information.  A security deposit may be required.
